Wintertime can be hard on the skin. Winter itch, dry skin, and chapped lips can be a huge hassle and annoyance in the winter season.

During winter, you can get sunburned which will make your skin even drier. So, it’s better to use sunscreen when you planned to go outside.
Avoid using harsh soaps and moisturizers with fragrances. Instead, switch to moisturizers that have Aloe Vera, glycerin as the main components.
harsh soap
Wearing warm gloves is so important because your hands are one part of your body that is exposed to the cold more often.

winter. Add 2 cups of colloidal oatmeal to a lukewarm bath and soak to soothe itchy skin. Avoid using very hot water, as it can irritate the skin and cause it to itch more.

10 UNEXPECTED WAYS TO WEAR A BIB NECKLACE

From glittering crystals to bright beads and luxe gemstones, bib necklaces are the go-to accessory to wake up neutral outfits and little black dresses. But that’s the tip of the iceberg of what that fashion powerhouses can do. These are ten of our favorite unexpected ways to wear bib necklaces.
1. Get wild with animal prints: A leopard or cheetah print top makes a statement all by itself, but it gets even better with a statement necklace. Try a solid-color bib necklace in cool hue such as mint or turquoise over your favorite safari-inspired blouse. Complete your outfit with neutral shades and simple silhouettes.

2. Dress up a tee: Who says a graphic tee can’t be glam? Pair a soft, comfy graphic tee featuring an edgy design with an oversized, sparkly necklace. The combination creates a casual chic vibe that is a must-have for every fashionista.

3. Layer necklaces: Why limit yourself to one fabulous bib necklace? Create one-of-a-kind looks by teaming two over a basic top. Select a short crystal necklace to stack over a slightly longer colorful piece. Let the two overlap slightly to create the look of a single statement.
Layer necklaces
4. Bring color toward your face: Print pants and bold skirts are the hottest looks this season. With a solid, neutral top they are the perfect grab-and-go outfits. But, don’t restrain all the interest to the bottom. Repeat a color from the print in a bib necklace to draw the eye up towards your face.

5. Mix bright shades: Spring and summer is the time for fearless fashionistas to pull out hot hues. Coral, fuchsia, and orange all let you stand out in a crowd. But, don’t think you have to shy away from statement jewelry when your clothing is loud. Add an extra pop of color to a bright outfit by adding an orange necklace to a fuchsia top, a purple bib to a blue dress or yellow jewelry to a tangerine outfit.
Mix bright shades
6. Embrace nautical style: Navy and white nautical stripes are a must-have look this season, especially when paired with white denim and brown leather. To prevent the look from resembling a sailor costume, add a sassy bib necklace in a bright shade or twinkling crystals.

7. Add life to denim: Neon colors have time traveled from the 1980s to today’s runways and are perfect for adding interest to denim. Let a bib necklace in a hot hue peek out from a chambray top.
Add life to denim
8. Polish distressed denim: Ripped and torn boyfriend jeans are the ultimate in casual wear. Give them an instant upgrade by adding a colorful bib necklace and echo the shade in sassy heels.

9. Turn a button-up into a fashion statement: A classic oxford might be a work wear staple but it can also be a bit boring. Try button the top all the way to the neck and tuck a bib necklace under the color.

10. Create a new neckline: Though a bib necklace is perfect for filling in an open neckline, it can also work over a neck-hugging top. Layer a bold statement necklace over a high neck to create the look of a jeweled neckline.

Spring Fashion Trends For Kids

Spring is just around the corner, so that means it’s time to update the boychild’s wardrobe. Recently, I stopped by Osh Kosh to see what the new fashion trends for kids were. With Easter and warmer weather just around the corner, I was excited to see all of the pastel colors available. I don’t know what it is about pastel colors but I just love them and so does the boychild.
Spring Kids Fashion Trends
Disclosure: I was provided with a promotional item by Coupons.com . All opinions have not been influenced and are my own.
After going the the entire store, I spotted several trends for the spring. What I love most about Osh Kosh is that they offer a variety of clothing and accessories to fit every child’s personality.  Not only that but their clothing are high quality pieces and the prices are very budget friendly. Osh Kosh has now become one of my favorite stores to shop at for the boychild.
So here are my top trends for children this spring…

Pastel Colors

That’s right pastel colors are perfect spring colors and will always be on trend. Whether you are shopping for the spring or looking for the kids Easter outfit, pastel colors are definitely the way to go.

Bright Colors

If pastel colors aren’t your thing, then try purchasing bright colors for the spring. Blues, greens, oranges, the bolder the better. Kids look so cute in bold colors, bright colors are not only kid-friendly and cute but they are a fun way to switch up your child’s outfit.

Patterns/Graphics

Between patterned collared shirts and dresses, patterns are definitely another way to go. The boychild loves striped collared shirts so we wear those a lot, we just update the colors to match the season. Another great buy this spring are graphic t-shirts, little girls and boys love shirts with their favorite character or cute graphics on them. Plus you can mix and match them with different tops and bottoms.

Accessories

Another trend for children this spring are accessories. Accessories are the perfect way to add a little pizazz to your child’s outfit. Add a cute hat, or perhaps some cool shades,  and for my girls a cute little purse to take their outfit to the next level.
So there you have it, a list of the hottest trends for kids this spring. What I love about all of these trends is that they can be worn by boys or girls! As you can see from the boychild’s outfit above, I mixed a little of all the trends in one outfit. Lucky for me, I was able to pick up all the trends I needed for the spring at one store and was able to save additional money by using Coupon Codes or eBay redemption code 2015. I love being able to go to a store, get the things I need and save money while I’m at it. 9 fashion trends to avoid this winter

It may be cold and grey but at least the fashion is amazing for winter. We’re not that convinced about these trends though…

1. Sleeveless coats

There are some fashion trends that were made to be ignored, and the sleeveless coat is one of them. Granted, they create a nice silhouette. But like cut out boots before them sleeveless coats have sacrificed a rather important structural feature meaning they will have no longevity. We, for one, would like warm, dry arms this winter. Get Up To 60% OFF Fashion Outlet + FREE Shipping at eBay.Get Up To 60% OFF Fashion Outlet + FREE Shipping at eBay with eBay redemption code 2015

2. Seventies overkill

Abba
(Frankie Fouganthin/Wikimedia)
The 70s revival which took hold during the summer is well and truly here to stay. Think flares, A-line skirts, and suede over the knee boots. But be careful – if you wear everything at once you risk looking like a stray member of an ABBA tribute act.

3. Mrs Claus

London Fashion week decreed head-to-toe red is, indeed, the colour of the season. Wearing scarlet shades around Christmas is always tricky – save it for occasion wear (if it is good enough for Pixie), and leave the shearling at home lest you want to have children plonked in your lap.

4. The head-to-toe sheep look

That isn’t to say we don’t love shearling. With even Stella McCartney – a vegetarian who refuses to use leather – creating a Fur Free Fur collection this season it will be futile to resist sheep-chic. But we mere mortals should not go head to toe – stick to shearling trim to avoid being baaed at in the street.

5. Cold culottes

Culottes are another trend making the tricky transition from summer. These cropped, wide leg trousers were not flattering in warmer months, and are even less so now in heavy denim or corduroy. But more importantly, they stop a good half foot or more from the floor. Stay away from this leg wear unless you are willing to spend time creating stylish draft proofing.

6. Wearing too many trends at once

As with the 70s warning, unless you are on the catwalk there is such a thing as too much. Velvet is back – a wonderful, warm, rich textured fabric for the festive season. So are bohemian patterns – hurrah! And who does not like the flattering silhouette of flares? But for goodness sake velvet, floral flares is too much – see Topshop.

7. Dark Victoriana – more is more

A steer towards gothic romance and black lace in this trend has been taken by many as an excuse to flash some flesh. While this is not a problem for Kendall Jenner in Vogue, be careful how you take Dark Victoriana to the work Christmas do. Your boss does not want to see your underwear, however on trend it is.

8. Flapping fringing

Fringing is another fashion that will not go away. If you indulge this one this winter keep it short. While fringing can provide great detail on a boot or bag, once it can blow and in the wind and tie itself in knots you will wish you hadn’t bothered. Fringing is also not conducive to physical contact with anything or anyone.

9. Over-stacked jewellery

From chandelier earrings to gregarious pearls, chain body harnesses to ear cuffs, catwalks everywhere featured models laden with bling for the autumn winter collections – while on the street the septum ring is the new must-have piercing. Channel FKA Twigs to avoid looking like Pat Butcher.
